1. Purpose of this Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how FLEXI collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users of the Platform (mobile and web application).

2. Data Collected

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, password, and profile picture.
• Assignment data: description, location, schedule, remuneration.
• Technical data: IP address, connection logs, timestamps.
• Ratings and reviews: users may leave ratings and comments after a completed assignment, including in cases of non-performance or cancellation.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

The data is processed to create and manage accounts; enable connections between service recipients and providers; ensure platform security (fraud prevention, abuse, dispute resolution); manage the review system; and comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based on the performance of the requested service (user contract) and our legitimate interest (security and service improvement).

4. Data Retention Periods

• Account data is kept as long as the account remains active.
• If an account is deleted, certain data may be retained for legal reasons (litigation, fraud prevention) for up to 10 years.
• Technical data (logs, timestamps) is stored for up to 12 months.

5. Data Recipients

• Data is never sold to third parties.
• It may be shared with our cloud/database providers and with authorities where required by law.

6. User Rights

• Right of access to your data.
• Right of deletion (erasure).
• Right of rectification, which can be exercised directly in the Platform.

🗑️ Data Deletion

Instructions for users who wish to permanently delete their account and associated personal data from the FLEXI platform.

Any user may request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To exercise this right, please email contact@flexi-services.org with the subject line “Delete my FLEXI account.”

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Certain data may be temporarily retained for legal purposes (e.g., dispute resolution or fraud prevention) for up to 10 years in line with our retention policy.
